If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number and message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, or on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR to answer your request.

The data will remain with us until the purpose for its storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed) or you request us to delete it. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

WhatsApp communication:
We offer the option of communicating with us via WhatsApp. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

By using WhatsApp, personal data (such as your telephone number and, if applicable, the chat content) is transmitted to WhatsApp and stored on its servers. The data is processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time by informing us that you no longer wish to communicate via WhatsApp.

Important note: Please only use WhatsApp for general inquiries and not for sensitive or confidential information.

3. Cookies
